What is included in the Trial & Fit Call?⌄
The paid 20-minute video call helps Masha understand your goals, assess your starting point, and recommend the right next step. If Masha confirms the fit and you continue, the full US$10 is credited toward your first US$39 lesson.
What is the Trial & Fit Call cancellation policy?⌄
The completed call is non-refundable. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. If Masha cancels, you may choose a refund or another time.
What is the difference between group classes and Speaking Club?⌄
Group classes are teacher-led lessons for broader progress. Speaking Club is an 80-minute structured conversation session focused on fluency, confidence, useful phrases, and speaking practice with a teacher.
Can I switch between options?⌄
Yes. These are not subscriptions — you choose what fits now. You can use the free dashboard, join Speaking Club updates, ask about group classes, or request private lessons.
What is the cancellation policy for private lessons?⌄
You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before a lesson at no charge. The 8-lesson package is designed for 1 month, with 2 private lessons per week.
