You talk about your goals and Masha hears your speaking. If one-on-one lessons are right for you, Masha opens the next lesson option for you.

The lesson counts as used.
You choose: a new time or a refund for that lesson.
You pay by card through Stripe, in US dollars. CA$ amounts on the site are approximate. Masha never sees your full card number.
Lessons are transcribed (with AI) to create your notes and track your progress. This is part of the lessons. You can opt out at any time: just tell Masha.
Recording (video or audio) is separate: Masha records a lesson only if you agree. You can say yes on the booking form or tell Masha later, and change your mind at any time.

Lessons for learners under 18 need a parent’s or guardian’s agreement. Learners aged 13 to 15 can take lessons only with a parent’s consent, and the parent makes the purchase. Lessons are not available for children under 13.
