What happens during a trial call?
During the 20-minute call, I will learn about your goals, assess your current level, and suggest a useful next step. It is also a chance to see whether my teaching style feels right for you.
How does the US$10 Trial & Fit Call work?
The US$10 fee pays for the completed 20-minute call and is not refundable after the call. If Masha confirms that you are a good fit and you continue, the full US$10 is credited toward your first US$39 lesson. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. If Masha cancels, you may choose a refund or a new time.
How do I schedule a lesson?
New clients start with the Trial & Fit Call. After secure payment, you receive the private Calendly link to choose an available time. If you both decide to continue, Masha opens the next lesson option for you.
What do I need for online lessons?
A stable internet connection, a computer or tablet with a camera and microphone, and a quiet space. I use Zoom or Google Meet for lessons. I will send you the link before each session.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
The Trial & Fit Call includes one reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. If Masha cancels, you may choose a refund or another time. Approved lesson clients receive the separate lesson rescheduling policy before booking.
Do the lesson packages expire?
The 8-lesson package is designed for 1 month, with 2 lessons per week. If your schedule changes, message Masha before the next booked lesson so you can choose the best available reschedule option.
What levels do you teach?
I teach all levels from complete beginner (A1) to advanced (C1). I have experience with students of different backgrounds and goals, from everyday English to exam preparation and work communication.
Do you assign homework?
I can provide optional exercises, readings, or short writing tasks to reinforce what we covered. We will choose an amount that works for your schedule.
