Receptionist: Good morning, Park Street Dental. Caller: Hello. I have a check-up on Tuesday at nine, but I have a work meeting at that time. Could I move my appointment? Receptionist: Certainly. We have Wednesday at eleven or Thursday at two thirty. Caller: I can’t do Wednesday. Thursday afternoon works. Receptionist: All right. That’s Thursday at two thirty with the same dentist. Caller: Thank you. Is that at your Park Street office? Receptionist: Yes, the same office. Please arrive ten minutes early. Caller: So, Thursday at two thirty, and I should be there at two twenty. Receptionist: Exactly. Caller: Great. Thanks for your help.
